We are a small Land Surveying company, recently established in Southeastern Michigan to provide Surveying and Civil Engineering expertise and services to the land development community. MSI is headed by Derek Kosicki, PS, who holds a Master of Science Degree from the Warsaw University of Technology. He has over 25 years of worldwide experience (Poland, Greece, Canada and USA) in surveying and civil engineering, including both technical and managerial aspects. He has been a Professional Surveyor in the State of Michigan since 1997. He is a Member of Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors, National Society of Professional Surveyors and American Congress for Surveying and Mapping. Our goal is to provide accurate, fast and economical Surveys on a pre-contract basis. Our quotations include a realistic timetable for starting the survey and its subsequent completion. We have measures in place to enable us to maintain a service which is quality assured. We place a high emphasis on client liaison and on maintaining a strong relationship built on trust and sound practical advice.
